Project is positioned as outparcels to Cross Hill Market, the only Whole Foods serving the greater Columbia, SC market. Phase I included the acquisition and renovation of a 1940’s barrel roof building which was subdivided into two (2) bays. Current tenants are F45 and Cold Stone Creamery. Phase II is a 5,500 SF new vertical retail/restaurant building with interconnected parking and pedestrian access with Phase I.
