Stanchion purchased a dated, +30,000 SF shopping center in 2017, and a value-add strategy was subsequently implemented, including a full façade renovation and horizontal refresh. Regal Cinemas was fully renovated into a state-of-the-art facility. Following the renovation , we developed a 4,000 SF freestanding restaurant (currently leased to Another Broken Egg). Immediate area tenants include Publix, Home Depot, Panera, Chick-Fil-A and a host of other national restaurants and retailers.
