Project includes the 11,300 SF multi-tenant commercial building anchored by Chipotle Mexican Grill and Buffalo Wild Wings, plus an outparcel. Development of the asset included a tri-party road construction agreement extending Newsome Road thru the site and provided dual hard-corner orientation. Shops at Innes is positioned as the gateway to the Innes Market power center anchored by Lowes Home Improvement, Marshall’s, PetSmart, Food Lion, Marshalls and Cinemark. The Phase I building was sold in 2021. The outparcel opportunity (which is situated in an Opportunity Zone) still exists.
